Unlike 24/7 continuous GPS trackers, Findoo keeps your GPS turned off 99.9% of the time. It wakes up for just 3 seconds when an authorized loved one sends a Ping, then turns off immediately.
Even when the app is minimized or the screen is locked, Findoo receives the Ping, displays a clear notification, acquires GPS + Network coordinates in 3 seconds, and updates the map.
Link two phones in 10 seconds with a single code: choose between Mutual Sharing (both phones can locate each other) or One-Way Mode (this phone locates the other, ideal for Parents).
Zero silent spying: every Ping triggers a visible notification and is recorded in the Transparency Log. You can toggle the Pause Shield in 1 tap at any time.
Findoo (published on guxos.com) was born from a simple observation in mobile geolocation: traditional family trackers keep the GPS chip running 24/7, draining phone batteries and creating intrusive continuous surveillance. Findoo replaces continuous tracking with an on-demand ephemeral geolocation architecture ("Ping") combining spatial accuracy, instant background wake-up, and 100% user consent.
